Healthcare Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
Our client seeks a highly organized and motivated Healthcare Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to contribute to the success and growth of the organization. The Healthcare Project Coordinator will actively pursue the development of their professional expertise and demonstrate a commitment to the organization.

Wolomi is a pregnancy and motherhood companion app; improving maternal health outcomes for women and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Project Management Plans: create and update project management plans with sufficient detail to accurately track tasks and milestones.

Risk and Issue Management: identify risks, issues, and timeline clashes that may affect the successful delivery of projects. Resolve these issues in a timely manner.

Stakeholder Communication: work closely with the Clinical Director and CEO to keep her fully informed of project progress and any related issues or concerns.

Collaborative Relationships: build effective and collaborative relationships with teams to understand their processes, requirements, and timelines.

Regulatory Compliance: ensure projects adhere to healthcare industry regulations and standards, including HIPAA, FDA guidelines, and other relevant compliance requirements.

Liaise with Stakeholders: manage relationships and communicate effectively with a variety of external stakeholders.

Lead teams and work effectively: manage and work effectively in teams, as well as independently as a self-starter (Note: must have a strong internet connection).

Hire, coordinate, and manage team members assigned

Qualifications:
-
Relevant work experience in the healthcare industry.

Project coordination experience, including developing and implementing processes for new or existing products.

Proven ability in applying project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, budget management, and organizational change techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written, presentation, meeting management, documentation) to effectively persuade and collaborate across segments and functions at all levels of the organization.

Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Although the position is remote and all qualified applicants will be reviewed, applicants from Central Florida preferred.
