Wolomi is a digital maternal health organization based in Washington, D.C. We are a woman-led team of strategists and experts passionate about empowering underserved and under-resourced women on their motherhood journey. What You'll Do
- You will also work cross-functionally with the clinical operations, product, tech, and business teams to innovate and build our tech-enabled program.
- Provide one-on-one virtual lactation care via text, app messaging, phone and video calls.
- Teach group classes and facilitate support groups.
- Assist with the development and testing of patient engagement strategies.
- Develop creative patient-facing content, guideline-based clinical protocols, and efficient workflows.
What We're Looking For
- IBCLC certification through the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners or CLC certification.
- Fluent in English.
- Must be a self-starter, energetic, and passionate about supporting BIPOC moms during pregnancy and postpartum.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and follow through on multiple projects in a timely manner.
- Facile with email, spreadsheets, EHRs, and other commonly used software, and willing to work with new software.
- A growth mindset, coupled with the ability to think critically and work both independently and collaboratively, able to adapt and thrive in a changing (startup) work environment as needed.
